Response from EPi support was that the plugin javascript had been moved to
...\wwwroot\modules\_protected\CMS\EPiServer.Cms.Shell.UI.zip\Util\Editor\tinymce\plugins\epiexternaltoolbar
http://screencast.com/t/pGcx7asxO
The workaround was to copy the epiexternaltoolbar folder to the location where tinyMCE seems to be looking and then rezip
\modules\_protected\CMS\EPiServer.Cms.Shell.UI.zip
After upgrading CMS UI to EPiServer.CMS.UI 7.19.1 (Update 52)
I'm missing the following plugin
/CMS/7.19.1.0/ClientResources/Editor/tiny_mce/plugins/epiexternaltoolbar/editor_plugin_src.js
Has it been removed on purpose?
There's still CSS for the plugin in these stylesheets
/CMS/7.19.1.0/ClientResources/Editor/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/skins/epi-light/ui.css
/Shell/7.19.1.0/ClientResources/epi/themes/sleek/sleek2.css
