Make sure you have set the aspnet_isapi filter in IIS. See this article http://world.episerver.com/documentation/Items/Tech-Notes/EPiServer-CMS-5/EPiServer-CMS-5-R2-SP1/Configuring-EPiServer-CMS-5-Enterprise/ (yes its for CMS 5 but the same goes for 4) and search for aspnet_isapi.

Hello
I am setting up a old EPI 4 site.
Is working fine until I starting to click on some link, like the menu. I getting the 404 error in all links.
I think it is some settings in IIS pool, like it must be classic or something.
Please help to get some guideline, I never worked with Episerver 4 before.
Thanks
