How to set Default Language in Episerver 8

Vote:

Hi,

Can someone tell me how I set up the Default language in Episerver 8. I have two languages - English and Welsh. When the user browser navigates around the English site we seem to have URLs that contain /en/. How do I set up the CMS so the /en/ doesnt appear?

When the user navigates around in Welsh we see /cy-GB/ which is correct.

Many thanks

Jon

Hello Jonathan

This is set in admin mode > Config > Manage Websites > [select site] > Hit edit button

From the dropdown list pick the culture (en). This will set the default mapping for the domain to be /en/ and remove /en/ from the URLs

See this help for more information: http://webhelp.episerver.com/15-5/EN/cms-admin/managing-websites.htm
