add Personal language to EPi backend

hi

i want to add a new language to the EPi backend, not a web site lanague, language for all the backend ( klingon ♚ )

in epi 6 there were language files in Resouse folder. from where i can take the defulat english langauge files and start editing them ?

They have been removed and are now embedded in dll. See blog for example
