Blobs files are not accessible when hosting Epi website locally to IIS

Have you checked if ApplicationPoolIdentity user has read / write access to App_Data folder?

Usually you need to set access rights for IIS_IUSERS to read write...and read access for IUSR...

Hi All,
I am facing a strange problem.I have created an CMS website.When I am running it through VS and keeping the local attached .mdf as database then blobs are accessible from my websites.
But when I am hosting the website in IIS then these blobs cannot be reached from my website.
below is the configuration required under for accessing blobs in App_data
Please help me on this,I am stuck up with this problem since longer time
