Created new Development licence on 6 R2 throws error

Hi 

I have just updated the Episerver 6 R2 developer licence and now I am getting this error:

web.config contains more than one section. This requires an Enterprise license.

I cannot login to the CMS either.

The error is quite obvious :) You need to remove one of the sites in your configuration, or create an Enterprise Developer license.
