Yes. Set GroupName on the property to the constant SystemTabNames.PageHeader.

Can i customize the property page.
Example:News page have page list root in content section under newslist block.I want to move that page list root input in header grey section under diplay and navigation checkbox.Means it will be present in top grey section where Name,Visible to,Name in URL,languages..etc are present.
