Questions related to EPiServer certification registration form.

Hello,

I was planning for EPiServer developer cerfication and was trying to book a slot of 14th december. When I went through the registration form, I found couple of fields on which I need some information about what exactly needs to be filled.

For example if I am not associated with any company that what information need to be filled in the below fields, becuase these fields are compulsory

  1. Company Tax ID/VAT No
  2. Purchase order/Invoice Reference

The registration URL I am using is http://www.episerver.com/services/education/schedule-registration/Course-registration/?occasionId=e197361d-f392-e711-810b-70106faab5f1

Would be great to hear a reply soon.
