How to implement the iis rewrite for EPi server site

Hi guys, currently, I'm trying to make the epi cms site as a reverse proxy on the DXC. I'm following the guide from links https://tomssl.com/2015/06/15/create-your-own-free-reverse-proxy-with-azure-web-apps/ , https://world.episerver.com/blogs/david-buo/dates/2017/11/support-for-applicationhost-transforms-in-dxc-service/ and IIS url rewriting module https://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/url-rewrite
Here are rewrite rules :
On the local computer, If I use the non epi site as a proxy site, apply that rules for it, that site works well, it rewrites as I expect. But if I use the epi site as a proxy site, it cannot rewrite url as first case. Please help me how can I make the epi site as a proxy site. Thanks
