Seems like the issue isnt Episerver, it is in this "Load Balancer", does this Load Balancer have any API you may request, does it have a cache?...
Hi Arjun.
If you're considering the memory object cache in Episerver, you would have to wipe that on the individual content delivery and/or content management nodes. If you're having issues with your nodes being out of sync - e.g. publication of content not available across them all - , it's probably caused by a misconfigured event replication. Episerver relies on WCF to propagate cache change events across a range of nodes within your application infrastructure.
If you're referring to other levels of cache - such as an output cache - we'll have to know more to be helpful. It can be implemented in a number of ways.

Hello Team,
This is Arjun from CGI. am working with CGI for CIBC Client , we have integrated EpiServer 7 to our Applications.
There seems to be Cache Issue in CMS where application is deployed on multiple servers and we have load balancer installed on it.
We are trying to clear the CMS Cache on the load balancer, but its not working for us.
Can you please give us the solution the clear the CMS Cache when we have Load Balancer installed.
Many Thanks in Advance. Awaiting for your quick reply
