Content Import Error : "The network name cannot be found"

when i am trying to import content from lower environment to higher environment. Data is getting imported into CMS but it gives below error:

"The network name cannot be found"?

What can be the reason for this error? I want to see that if anything is breaking due to this error. [CMS ver: 10.8]

I get this error "The network name cannot be found" when import content from lower to higher environment. Anyone has idea for what this error is?
