Epi is the short version of Episerver. epi as you see in the logo is also more recognizable (at least according to researches)
Ok, but does Epi have any underlaying meaning or is it just a name?
edit: like we know microsoft is a name but micro and soft are both words that have a meaning or does it stand for anything, like Eperience Precision Interface?
Hello Tony
The orgins of Epi go back to the founding company name of Episerver which was Electro Post International. You can learn more about the 25 year history of Episerver and the internet in the video here: https://www.episerver.com/about/company/overview/

Hmm, I always thought it was ElektroPost Internet Server that was concatenated into EPiServer (we oldtimers remember the funky capitalization from way back when).
Hey I could not a find an appropiate place to ask this question but what does EPi mean? Does it stand for anything?
Thanks
