If it's read only then CDN would have handle it nicely. Is it something you are experiencing, or it's just theoretically that visitors in Oceania will get a slower experience.
If you want to cache HTML on the CDN then you can raise a ticket with support for this. This can significantly improve performance in that region. The caveat is that the content cached on the CDN cannot be personalised and is read only.
if we have our DXC based sites hosted in say Europe, performance in say Oceania is very poor. We undestand that DXC has replication to read only instances, but could we get a read only instance in a region (E.g. NZ or AU), and then steer NZ/AU traffic o that instance, and have european customers hit the main instance? We would want only the "master" instance to be editable, then have DAM, Code, Content etc, replicated on data change to the remote regions.
We are comparing EPiServer with Adobe AEM. Adobes Cloud service version does not have this feature.
