I've verified permissions. Logged in as admin and another user that has full permissions.
Strange that it would work on one prod server and not another.
You're editing on the relevant language branch?
Only shows one language in Sites. When I hover over it though, it says "The language is enabled, but not available on this site."
If you select the root and Tools > Languages you say you're not able to change the Available Languages?
Tools->Languages has grayed out selections. Globalization is enabled in System Settings.
Do you have the languages enabled correctly under "Manage Website Languages" with no weird permissions set?
I would go through these links again, just to make sure you haven't missed anything.

I just noticed the lock icon to the right of each page on the page tree view.
Permission issue all along. Even though I was listed in the group that should have had access, I didn't. Fixed by readding the user.
On our stage site, all content is grayed out in Edit mode. I've checked languages as I've seen other posts had something to do with language that caused this, but I can't change in under Tools in the Root. It's also grayed out. It's set in the System Configuration, Manage Website. Our development site content can be edited just fine.
I also have this same issue on our 2nd production server when I tried editing content in it. Primary production server works fine for editing. I don't know if this is a license issue, but License Information shows both development and stage MAC addresses are correct.
I'm trying to get changes that were done on our development site by a previous developer to reflect on stage.
Thanks!
