Help with Massive Amount of Wrong Links after Import

In one CMS/Instance, we run websites for different countries under root. When I export a website, let's say Centro-AR, then import it under a new website called Centro-BZ, ALL the internal links in it will go to pages under Centro-AR. Is there a way to automatically change them to go pages under Centro-BZ?
