Check your initialization module and make sure you are not restricting any page type XHTML property there.

I simply looks like you have different TinyMCE settings for different properties.
Search your solution for TinyMceConfiguration.

Hi,
TinyMCE editor for some of the block types is not loading correctly.
whereas it is loading correctly for other block types for the same property XhtmlString
Can someone please help to identify the issue?
