Export / Import of Form Selection(Dropdown) values are not imported

Below are the settings I'm using while export, I hope you have mentioned about (Export files that the pages link to)

When you mention "Form Field Selection (a dropdown)" Is this a dropdown property on a Content Item or Dropdown Form FIeld on an Optimizely Form ?
If its the first, how are the dropdown values populates if via a Selection Factory could it be your codebase is out of Synch between environments ? If you are using Property Settings would it be worth also checking this box as part of your export ?
If its the latter issue, I have just tried exporting a Form from one environment to another and the dropdown values are also moved over

This issue is about the Optimizely Form, For some reason its not copying the values while export/ import.

I have just tested this from going to Integration to Pre-Production using

Thank you Minesh For the Detailed Testing and effort.. It confirms that there is an issue at my end/code.

We are Exporting and Importing Staging content into PROD, while doing this we noticed that Form Field Selection (a dropdown) contents, especially Key-Values are not copying into the destination.
When we import through Import Data tool, we are seeing 0 content imported.
Can anyone provide any suggestions?
