EPiServer Commerce ships with a scheduler framework (and some jobs) called Quartz. This is a java-port and works very well. There are some jobs aout-of-the-box. Among these there are a Indexing job if I don't have misstaken. Configure and install and start the ECF Scheduler windows service and you will get this function.
