Set up multiple site in Commerce Manager EPiServer 7

Hi,

I am trying to configure multiple site in my Commerce Manager. With the previous versions of Mediachase, there is an option to add site under Administration-->System Settings tab. I cannot find anything similar in Commerce 7. Any clue how I can do it?

I know how to add sites via CMS, but the issue being, how to link/configure those sites in Commerce Manager too.
