Metadata import timeout
Hi,
How big is your metadata? How many metafields/metaclass(es) do you have?
An alternative solution is to export and import your catalog, which will include the metafield/metaclass information (Assuming only your metadata import/export is having probliem).
You can send your exported file to me for further analysis. It might be a bug in eCF, we don't know until we get our hand on it.

Hi all
We are facing a problem in our EPiServer environments. We have quite a few metafields and metaclasses in our Commerce catalog. We can export the metadata to XML using the Commerce Manager without any problems, but we are no longer able to import the data back again because of timeout errors.
It was out plan to use export/import of metadata to move from development, to test and production, however this may not be possible if the Commerce Manager can't import the data again.
Is there another way to move metadata between different EPiServer installations? Can we increase the timeout somehow?
