How To Display Catalog in Ui

Vote:

We are actually going through EpiServer commerce (version 7.5) from  few days. We got to know that Meta Classes have to be created for catalog categories, Catalog Node for Categories and Sub Categories, Catalog entry is for Product Variants.  But we are very much confused in displaying the create catalog in Front end. We are referring through the sample site to understand the concept of displaying the catalogs but it was really complicated to see the multiple classes (Catalog Node list User control, BaseCatalogList classes and Render control base etc.) used for just displaying the catalog. Is the process should we follow the same as sample site or is there any other easy way to access the catalog and other commerce manager content? Please get back to us ASAP.

We are currently working on a new sample template package which has a better structure and is also written in ASP.NET MVC. You can find it at https://github.com/episerver/Quicksilver
