Episerver Data Migrating from one site to another
For orders you can deserialize them to XMl/JSON, and then serialize them back on target site.
For customers however there is no builtin support for that, so you'll probably have to build something yourself.

Can you please mention how to do deserialize them to XMl/JSON, and then serialize them back on target site and please mention the tables to migrate for contact nad membership.
