As your requirement, because there are 2 different conditions about quantity so I suggest that you can create 2 item level promotions with type Spent for Discounted Selection for appropriated variantions and quantities
- Promotion 1:
Items: gg-5656, gg-3456-PS
Limit number of discounted items: 115
- Promotion 2:
Items: gg-5678-PSK, gg-6789-PLSK, XX-3030, XX-3030-TSLS
Limit number of discounted items: 50

Thanks for your answer,but my requirement is item based discount.example buy x items and get x discount.
User has added 2 items from discount category with the quanties of 10,40 now only the qualified item (more than 30qty) will get discount not the 2items will get the discount.

If add "XX-3030" 50 quantity & get 5% discount.So how to achieve this using epi promotion. or How to do customization in epi item type promotion. (Selected variation or category should equal to discount qualified quantity and the only qualified product will get discount .)
