Where do I find the McCodeGen tool?

According to the documentation regarding Commerce / Business foundation, there should exist a tool called McCodeGen.exe to generate typed entities.

I am not able to find where to download it though. Is it still supported?

Hi, I am sending the file(s) to documentation team so they can upload and then update the link.

I'd say it's now a grey area. We expect it to work, but we stopped testing with it from a long time ago, so we can't guarantee it'll work, and we will probably not able to fix any bugs that might be found.
