After updating to commerce 13.5 we have this problem.

Does anyone have an idea to what could be the problem or a solution ( we cleaned the bin and _prodct folders)

Are your assembly bindings correct? That's the only thing I can think of right now

I would suggest to look into the <episerver.framework> section, it should have this

<episerver.framework>
