Left menu in commerce manager empty
This is unfortunately one of the problems that happen from time to time and we still don't know what causes it, and likely never will. You will have to live with it until we can retire Commerce Mangager

Alright, at least it feels better that we're not the only ones with the issue ;) Leaving your answer unaccepted for a little while, maybe some have figured out the error...

Sometimes the left menu in commerce manager goes empty on our Azure VMs. Restarting the website in IIS fixes the issue, but it's very annoying to do this every now and then. I believe that the issue became present after we enabled ASP.NET Identity for Commerce Manager: https://support.episerver.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001473991-Using-ASP-NET-Identity-in-Commerce-Manager
Does anyone else experience this issue?
