I can see that we have inadequate logging in this part. I will file a bug for Commerce team to look into it. Meanwhile there is not much you can do, except for contacting developer support service for assistance, unfortunately

We got to the bottom if it and there was some customisation in the solution, stopping the import from running, However I do feel the logging here could be improved.
Hi,
I am having a strange issue when trying to import a csv using commerce manager.
I am receiving the following error:
15/02/2021 06:25:50: Import was done. It has been successfully processed 0 rows from 1.
15/02/2021 06:25:50: Import error. Line 1: One or more errors occurred.
The logs are blank nothing is being returned to me to investigate this further.
I presume this is something wrong with my data, however how can i find out what data is causing this issue?
