Mirroring Service - exception after publishing a page.

I'm using EPiServer 5, I'm trying to work out why the mirroring service fails when it trys to mirror a particular Unit start page. If that page has been published, the mirroring service fails with the following error:

The job failed:
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. [
Error executing Channel "Aircon publishing" Destination "Production publish". The following errors occured:
Exception: Cannot be the same as destination Parameter name: pageLink[]
]

Has anyone seen this before?
