Broken file links that aren’t broken returns unbroken when doing nothing

I hope that that error description is clear to anyone?
My problem is this:
I have a lot of links to files my EPiServer 5.2.375.236 site. (64 bit) Some of them have broken, and the files aren’t removed. They are still there! Instead of the real link the link looks like this:
It seems like there is something wrong with the url rewriting. The rewriting doesn’t happen. Not on all files/links but on some.
The strangest thing with the broken link is the way to correct it. If the link is in a Link Collection list I just have to add the file again to the list. Then I don’t have to save the page. Instead I just have to reload the page and the link has started to work.
