Problem with web.config. Messed up modules and httphandlers.
Couldn't you just setup a demo site and compare them with your tool of choice.

I've compared it with one of the demo sites but no luck there. Guess I'll have to install the all the different modules for it as well. Just need to find out witch ones are added to the site today. Obviously the blog, but also the live tracking thing, site map and the iPhone/iPad-publish tool. Maybe that will make a difference.

I've been struggling for some time to get AJAX to run on our site and I got some help achieving this. However, since I did the site has been acting kind of weird and I suppose it's from changing around in the modules and httphandlers. At this time everything is working fine except when, in edit mode, I press the "Start" button in the upper left corner. This will give me a 404 saying something about the StaticFileHandler. If I try to move the StaticFileHandler to the top of the httphandlers this page will function again but I get an error with url's. Files from outside the EPiServer library can't be found.
I'm really terrible when it comes to web.config and would really appreciate any help I could get. Here's the modules and httphandlers from my system.webserver.
