Can't download community nor relate installer

Not sure where to post this issue I have.

 

I can't download the Community nor the relate installer. It just says "Thank you for downloading. Your download file will start automatically within 5 seconds," but nothing actually happens. No download occurs.

I've already tried using firefox,chrome and IE but all with same results. Hope someone could help.

I'm downloading from these links:

It looks like the site is just very slow. Thanks.

Downloading works fine here (Firefox). Unless there was some site maintenance when you tried downloading, things should work OK now.

Possibly a connection problem or security setting on your network?
