Flash is not supported on iPhone/iPad.
To detect if the user is browsing from iPhone, iPad, iTouch etc you can check the user agent HTTP header on the server (check if it contains, iphone, ipad, itouch).
Hope this helps.

Hi Lei,
It sounds like its a responsive question. You can apply responsive css which would apply styling to show or hide specific component or section based on the screen size. So you can show the image banner when it is small screen like iphone or ipad and hide it otherwise. Same can be done for the flash component, by showing or hiding it based on the screen size.

Hi guys
This really isn't an EPiServer question, but my client insists that I should ask here, will give it a try.
Our customer has a Flash banner on the index page and it doesn't show up on Iphone or Ipad, are there any solutions for this?
Our solutions is to check the browser, if it's safari we show a static photo instead of the flash banner, this makes the site looks ok on iphone/ipad, but when u use safari on regular pc or mac, it displays the static photo as well, which is not at good. So, is there a way to detect if the site is loaded on Iphone/Ipad or regular desktops?
Tusen tack
