Have a look at Chris' blog about how to add, render, validate and handle the postback for an XForm. It uses blocks but it's a very similar concept for pages. If you have any questions about this then post again.

If you use IE and want a "quick fix", you can use ctrl-shift-c in the Xforms editor to copy the raw html of the form. You can then paste it into notepad, edit it, copy it and use ctrl-shift-v to paste it back over the existing form.
Hi I'm new to Episerver and I'm trying to add a custom XForm to an existing page. I've Created the Form in the CMS and now i want to add it to a existing page and bind some values to the form that will be sent when submitting.
