Please share your views/ thoughts/ experinece on New Relic or any other Application Performnance monitoring tool with Episerver CMS 7?

We use New Relic for both standard and Azure hosting for many of our clients. The browser plugin javascript is perhaps not the most elegant but the data it and the Agent collects and reports is very valuable.
