You can create a new group by specifying it in the GroupName in your block's ContentType attribute, http://world.episerver.com/documentation/Class-library/?documentId=cms/7/06d5f74a-3031-3c41-263c-243aa49aa656

Hello,
I would like to know if it is posslble to create custom banners for organizing blocks, similar to the "Suggested Block Types" and "Other Block Types", as seen when creating a new block in the editor UI.
At the same time, is it possible to hide the "Suggested Block Types" ?
