Seems not t be built in, here instead the Epicweb AI-Assistant addon, automagically adds the Alt Text => https://optimizely.blog/2025/01/automatic-alt-text-for-images-with-ai-assistant-for-optimizely/
You can select one image, or high light all text and choose "add altText to images"

Is there a way to hook or import some kind of text to this "Alternative description" input somehow in Tiny?
Same goes with drag n drop from asset panel to tinyMCE?
