Looking for razor/styling guidelines for custom backoffice addons

Vote:

We're developing a bunch of custom addons (to be used in the CMS admin). It looks "OKish", after having reverse-engineered the built-in razor views and made some qualified guesses.

But we would really like to do this "by the book". However, we have a hard time finding the book...

Are there any documentation on how to build custom razor views that align with the look and feel of the Optimizely backoffice? Examples of what layout setting there are, what styles and scripts should be included, how we should mark up our elements, any built-in widgets/selectors, table styling etc.

We're on CMS 12+

Hi, there used to be a style guide or brand library that was publicly available, but I don’t think it exists anymore. We’ve been using the same approach you mentioned — reverse-engineering and applying the same classes used within the edit/settings UI.
