I upgraded from RC3 to RC4 and noticed a small problem with the images etc not showing up, and when viewing them separately in the web browser, I got a null reference. So I kinda guessed that it was a configuration problem, so I made a new install and inspected the web.config
This was missing from the upgrade-config-file:
Dunno if it was me actually doing something wrong or if it's a bug in the installer.
