Null reference in edit and admin mode

Hi,

Im suddenly experience som problems access the edit and admin mode in EPiServer 4.5.. I really don't now what that problem comes from? , The site have been running in 1 year and suddenly following error comes?

Any Ideas?

I can access eg. /sysedit/EditPanel.aspx?id=4 but i don't have the treeview or the buttons above.

Serverfejl i programmet '/'.

This is fixed now..

From the server i logged in with the local administrator account, reset password for the administrator that is normaly used to login. Opened a new browser on the local machine, then i could login again, with all acounts.
