The menu item will be automatically added in an upcoming release of our nuget packages. So right now you need to add it manually.

I have configured Episerver Personalization according to the documentation:

Installed package EPiServer.Personalization.Commerce, added settings to the appSettings, enabled widgets same way as in a Quicksilver.
But admin UI item "Perform" doesn't appear like in the screenshots in this article: https://world.episerver.com/blogs/marcus-hoffmann/dates/2017/11/get-started-with-episerver-perform-for-personalized-product-recommendations/
What should I do to enable it?
