Hello,
Should be the same as http://world.episerver.com/support/Bug-list/bug/CMS-7134. That bug should be fixed in http://world.episerver.com/releases/episerver---update-161/. No fix is available for episerver 9 that I know of.

This was fixed in latest release https://world.episerver.com/documentation/Release-Notes/ReleaseNote/?releaseNoteId=CMS-7134.
Ooops, someone beat me to it.
Hi!
After having upgraded to the latest version of Google Chrome (version 58.0.3029.96 (64-bit)), one of our editors is experiencing problems when trying to select an image in "on-page"-editing.
We're currently running EPiServer CMS 9.12.3.0.
I tried "Limit touch support" and "Reset all views to system default" with no success.
