Value Cannot be null problem only in Internet Explorer

I have a problem only in Internet Explorer and other browsers work.

the Error is:

Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: parameter

Does anyone have an idea of why the Internet Explorer shows this error and other browsers are OK?
