Insert/Edit Image in TinyMCE not rendering % or auto dimensions

Hi,

We are having this issue that insert image in TinyMCE is not rendering % or auto dimenstion inserted in Edit Image popup. 

<img class="img-responsive" src="/globalassets/ikoner/axxx.svg" alt="Test" width="25" height="0">

While in EpiServer 11 we get height attribute of img tag set to auto in browser.

I have checked back-end and the attribute auto is there but its not get rendered ?

Does anyone know how to fix this issue ? Any input would be appreciated
