Confirm that the version of Core was 12.19.0, with which I was testing. And from >= 12.19.1, it's fixed.

Hello guys,
On my example.com as one of the site definitions, if i want to add an email as a href="mailto:email@example.com" link, directly after publishing it, the link breakes
changing it from href="mailto:email@example.com" into href="/" or href="https://example.com".
