Custom fields
In theory, you can use the API (MetaDataPlus MetaField and MetaClass) to add new metafields to OrderForm. I recall that custom fields are displayed now, but I'm not sure. There are 2 caveats however:
- There is currently no UI to administer metafield/metaclass as far as I know (only for Business Foundation).
- Also that would be affecting the common OrderForm (Return Form is just another OrderForm).
Been a while since I touched this, I probably need to dive into it, when time permits.

Is it possible to add custom additional feild in the CSR UI? here Return Details, Comment is good, but we'd like an other comment field.
And how do you add a custom field to the shipment or order? what is preferable?
