Getting Below error while adding rating

An exception of type 'EPiServer.Social.Common.SocialCommunicationException' occurred in mscorlib.dll

Details: A communication error occurred while processing the request

Please suggest to resolve this issue.

Hi Jagdish,

A SocialCommunicationException indicates that the Social API is unable to reach the Social cloud services from the environment in which it's being used. The API communicates via HTTPS with the endpoints that appear in the Social configuration that was provided when you created your trial. Note the ports that appear in those endpoints. We find that the most common cause for such an issue is that an organization firewall rules (or other network constraints) need to be adjusted to allow traffic to those endpoints. I recommend checking in with your organization's IT department to confirm.
