It should be possibel to pass the version reference along with the content reference. For example use 5_12 to get the content with id 5 and the work id 12.

Initially i won't have any id or workid, So once it comes with published page list then only i can request for, with combination of id_workid...

At this point in time the Content Delivery API doesn't list versions of content. Its optimised for delivery of published content which might explain that.
