Hi, 

I'm using epifind for search. I attched a document for a page and published it. then, I can see that document in search results. 

I removed the document from the page and re-published again ( inorder to re-index the page) but in the search results, that document still showing up. when I click on the document, error is showing -"File or directory not found". 

Re-publishing page is not enough to re-index that page ? Do I need to re-index whole site not to show that removed document in the search results ?
