EPiServer Find CMS Indexing Job - Batch errors

Hi,

We are using CMS 7, EpiFind indexing job. Sometime we got some errors report like this:

Indexing job [my.web] [Page]: Reindexing completed.
ExecutionTime: 0minutes 59seconds
Number of pages indexed: 1675
Number of page errors: 0
Number of batch errors: 1
An exception occured while indexing (Batch): Object reference not set to an instance of an object.. (see log for more information) 
Indexing job [my.web] [File]: Reindexing completed.
ExecutionTime: 0minutes 0seconds
Number of files indexed: 0

Is this a known issue on EPiFind?

How do we avoid such errors?

I would do like the error message says and enable logging to see the real cause for this. The few errors I've had with the indexing job had to do with problems with the developer index I was using.
