403 error on unifiedweight's url

I noticed when I used fiddler that I got a 403-error on this url:
http://es-api01.episerver.com/indexId/indexname/_admin/unifiedweights/?tags=searchtype%3adefault 

The search is working so I do not know what has wrong. Anyone know that this url does?
